Elevator systems for the extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in Berlin, Stresemannstraße 128-130: Manufacturing, delivery, and ready-for-operation, defect-free installation of eleven machine-room-less rope elevators and one wheelchair lift with spindle drive. The building has 7 floors, an underground garage, and two building sections A+B. Maintenance services are included for a period of four years. Services begin no later than 12 working days after receipt of the order, ending 30.11.2029. Applicable standards are DIN 18385, VOB Part B and C, and relevant DIN standards. A BNB certification in Gold is aimed for the building, and in Silver for the outdoor facilities; the contractor must contribute to the successful certification, observing requirements for low waste, low noise, low dust, and the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance. Material requirements according to Annex 01 (Quality Level 5) must be met. Materials, products, auxiliary products, and building elements must be declared regarding their ingredients and properties, using Annex 02 "Declaration Tables" (Excel file format) and associated technical data sheets and safety data sheets (1907/2006/EG).
