Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems for Extension Building of Federal Ministry for Environment

Ventilation and air conditioning systems according to DIN 18379 for the extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety in Berlin, Stresemannstraße 128-130: Installation of 13 partial air conditioning units with 130,000 m³/h, 3 transformer exhaust air systems with 13,000 m³/h, and smoke extraction for the underground car park with 20,000 m³/h; assembly of the duct network including control components and fire dampers. Maintenance services are included for four years. Start no later than 12 working days after receipt of the order letter, end 30.11.2029. The 7-storey building with underground car park (two building sections A+B) aims for a BNB Gold certification, and the outdoor facilities for Silver. The contractor must contribute to the successful certification, observe requirements regarding waste, noise, and dust reduction, as well as the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance. Material requirements according to Annex 01 Quality Level 5 must be met; all materials, products, ancillary and auxiliary products, and building components must be declared regarding their ingredients/properties, including filling out Annex 02 "Declaration Tables" (Excel) and attaching corresponding technical data sheets/safety data sheets according to 1907/2006/EC (digital).
