Metal construction works for BMUKN extension building

Metal construction works for the extension building of the Federal Ministry for the Environment, Climate Protection, Nature Conservation and Nuclear Safety (BMUKN) in Berlin-Mitte: 470 m² two-story post-and-beam facade made of steel, RC3, with 2 double-leaf door systems, 2 single-leaf doors, door drives including an internal vestibule with a double-leaf door, and 12 motor-operated aluminum windows; 26 m² single-story post-and-beam facade made of steel, RC3, with 2 double-leaf door systems, door drives, 32 motor-operated aluminum basement windows, 6 aluminum basement windows, 22 motor-operated louver windows, and 11 RC3 ventilation grilles; 1 motor-operated rolling gate for waste room access; 2 rolling grilles for the underground car park with traffic light control; 5 hall skylights as irregular quadrilaterals made of steel construction with top construction and external sun protection as a counter-pull awning; 95 m² skylight construction as a gable roof made of steel construction with top construction, including 10 motor-operated vertical smoke extraction flaps; 90 m² rear-ventilated aluminum facade cladding; 25 m² standing seam roofing made of aluminum; 1 single-leaf steel sheet exterior door with glass cut-out, RC3, El290; 1 double-leaf exterior door with side panels and transom, steel tube frame, RC3, El230, with door drive. Maintenance services are also included. Execution to begin within 12 working days after request (expected by November 23, 2026), completion in calendar week 31/2028 (latest on the last working day of this week). Assembly on site to begin in calendar week 37/2027. Participation in BNB certification for Gold for the building and Silver for the outdoor facilities is required. Compliance with requirements for low waste, low noise, low dust, and the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance. Material requirements according to Annex 01 (quality level 5) must be met. Declaration of all materials, products, ancillary and auxiliary products, and building elements regarding their ingredients and properties using Annex 02 (Excel format) and associated technical data sheets and safety data sheets according to 1907/2006/EG is required.
