Removal of asbestos-containing fire dampers and installation of new fire dampers for properties of the State of Berlin: Preparation of hazard assessments according to the Hazardous Substances Ordinance, establishment of black and white areas including personnel and material locks, containment of work areas with dust protection and negative pressure measures, provision and use of personal protective equipment (PPE), professional dismantling, packaging, transport, and disposal of asbestos-containing components, cleaning of work areas including fine cleaning and visual inspection, submission of required disposal and verification documents, release or measurement of work areas if necessary, cross-trade execution and coordination (ventilation technology, electrical engineering, measurement and control technology, masonry, plastering, painting). The service also includes complete documentation of the performed work, including test, disposal, and installation certificates. Work on listed buildings is possible. For certain contracts (police, fire department, justice buildings), a security and/or reliability check of personnel may be required. This is a qualification system for building a bidder pool for future tenders.
