Drywall construction works: approx. 485 m² drywall walls, approx. 465 m² suspended ceilings, including approx. 490 m² wall cladding and approx. 105 m² ceiling cladding in damp rooms, as well as approx. 190 m² wall cladding and approx. 45 m² ceiling cladding in wet rooms. Furthermore, approx. 170 m² partition walls with fire protection requirement F90, approx. 123 m² acoustic ceiling, approx. 140 linear meters of reveal linings for windows and doors, approx. 335 m² direct wall cladding on OSB up to 4 m height and approx. 280 m² up to 8 m height (partly with requirements for damp or wet rooms), and approx. 411 m² non-combustible thermal insulation layer made of wood wool multi-layer panels with acoustic requirements for room heights up to approx. 8 m.
