Fit-out works before technical installation for three administrative buildings (ESM, ADM, LUX) in Luxembourg-Kirchberg: Screed works comprise 65 m² in the ESM building and 3,300 m² in the ADM/LUX buildings, including acoustic insulation. Interior insulation works concern 3,000 m² in the ESM building and 4,300 m² in the ADM/LUX buildings. Floor resin coatings are planned for 1,100 m² in the ESM building and 635 m² in the ADM/LUX buildings. Painting works on walls and ceilings include 5,700 m² in the ESM building and 14,800 m² in the ADM/LUX buildings. Lime-cement plastering works are to be carried out for 2,600 m² in the ADM/LUX buildings. The execution period is 324 working days, starting in the 2nd quarter of 2027. The award will be based on unit prices.
