Roofing Works for the Renovation of the Verlorenkost Building, Luxembourg
Scaffolding works (2,000 m²): Building 1 receives a new flat roof construction with insulation and vegetation (450 m²) plus 5 windows. Another flat roof and terrace area of Building 1 will be re-covered with insulation and vegetation (140 m²). Additionally, a new covering for the canopy and stele (135 m²) will be installed on Building 1. Buildings 2 & 3 and the intermediate structure will receive new coverings for two pitched roofs and one rounded roof, including insulation (710 m²). Sheet metal works include zinc covering (180 m²), gutter (75 m), and downpipe (100 m). The execution period is 74 working days, starting in the 2nd half of 2027.
