Execution Design, Construction Works, VRD, Handling Equipment, and Site Management for Nuclear Technical Building in Barp

Construction of a nuclear technical building (BSHE) for the LMJ with a ground area of approx. 5,000 m², a total area of approx. 7,500 m², and approx. 100 rooms on two levels. The building consists of reinforced concrete with 3 functional and 6 structural blocks, pile foundations, and a concrete volume of approx. 9,000 m³. It includes nuclear ventilation (70,000 m³/h), clean rooms (ISO6) with recyclers or FFU (200,000 m³/h), an installed electrical power of approx. 1,200 kVA, and one discharge emissary. Services include execution design, civil engineering, roads and various networks (VRD), green spaces, final earthworks, structural work, finishing work (painting and coatings, joinery, locksmithery and metalwork, partitions, cladding and roofing, waterproofing/insulation), metal framework (including emissary), filling of openings, non-nuclear handling equipment (cranes/lifts), and site management (company base camp, operational maintenance of the site, provision of services, pro rata, common interest expenses). Services also include participation in the synthesis of execution studies, interface management, overall installation tests, and real-time monitoring of technical and safety requirements. Firm services (Tranche Ferme) include studies, procurement, manufacturing, assembly, and integration for structural work and VRD. Conditional services (Tranche Conditionnelle TC1, TC2, TC3) include procurement, manufacturing, assembly, integration for other trades, as well as OPR, DOE, and work acceptance. Optional technical services are operation/maintenance (1 to 2 years), on-call duty during the construction phase, metal staircase and walkway for operating personnel, partitions, IRP platform, increased reinforcement, manufacturing studies and commissioning of MML, maintenance platform for the lift, and overall building dimensioning.
