Execution Studies, HVAC Works, Nuclear Ventilation, Fluids, and ISO6 Room Fit-out for the Construction of a Nuclear Technical Building
Execution studies, HVAC works, nuclear ventilation, fluids, and ISO6 room fit-out for the construction of a nuclear technical building on the DAM CESTA site in Barp (33): The building (BSHE) is for the maintenance and operational upkeep of LMJ experimental hall equipment, with an estimated ground area of 5,000 m², a total area of 7,500 m², and approximately 100 rooms spread over two levels (N0 and N+1). It is a reinforced concrete building with 3 functional blocks and 6 structural blocks, pile foundations, and an estimated concrete volume of 9,000 m³. The facilities include type IIA nuclear ventilation (70,000 m³/h flow), clean rooms (ISO6) with recyclers or FFU (200,000 m³/h), a heating thermal power of 0.8 MWth, a cumulative cooling power of 1.8 MWth, over 50 terminal air handling units, compressed air (> 104 Nm³/h), an installed electrical power of approximately 1,200 kVA, and 1 discharge outfall. These quantities are estimates by CEA and do not constitute a commitment. The scope of services covers nuclear ventilation, clean room ventilation, conventional ventilation, hot/chilled water/steam, compressed air, potable/softened/deionized water network, doubtful/process/industrial effluents, dry risers, and all-trades fit-out for ISO6 rooms (partitioning, electricity, lighting). Expected services include execution, manufacturing, assembly, control, and testing studies; supply, factory manufacturing, associated tests and qualifications; on-site assembly and integration, associated tests and qualifications; OPR, DOE, and work acceptance. The technical scope specifically includes participation in the synthesis of all-trades execution studies, technical interface management, participation in overall installation tests, real-time monitoring of technical and safety requirements, type IIA nuclear ventilation, clean room ventilation (ISO6, ISO7, and equivalent ISO8 in delimited zones), air showers, conventional ventilation, hot/chilled water/steam for humidity and temperature control, clean room compatible compressed air, potable/softened/deionized water network, doubtful/process/industrial effluents (in and out of delimited zones), dry risers, all-trades fit-out for ISO6 rooms (partitioning, electricity, lighting), and sectorization and compartmentalization (in and out of delimited zones). Services are divided into a firm tranche (TF) for manufacturing, assembly, control, and testing studies, and conditional tranches (TC1, TC2, TC3) for supply/factory manufacturing, on-site assembly/integration, and OPR/DOE/work acceptance. Optional technical services include operation/maintenance (1 to 2 years), on-call duty during the construction phase, metal staircase and walkway for operating personnel, partitioning (by market A), readjustment of the nuclear ventilation network, readjustment of the SCF clean room network, readjustment of the optical MCO network, readjustment of the opto-mechanical clean room network, modeling of the nuclear ventilation system with SYLVIA software, terminal air handling units for waste rooms, plate for sealing reconstruction for ventilation tests of the SCF room (sealed closure between SCF antechamber and MCO SCF), and energy recovery for CTA preheating. Specific technical and organizational options, as well as complementary services, are detailed in the tender documents or by quote.
