Accessibility Conversion of Tram Line 56-56A Platforms

Conversion of tram stops on line 56 to ensure the operation of new low-floor vehicles and meet accessibility requirements, funded by EU resources. This includes the Dózsa György tér, Mikó utca, and Déli pályaudvar stops. Works involve track regulation in the vicinity of Vignole rail stops, reconstruction of the level crossing at Dózsa György tér, construction of new platform equipment, 0.4 kV power supply, and partially new lighting on the platforms. Parallel roads and sidewalks in the vicinity of the stops will be partially renovated. The pedestrian crossing leading to the platform edge at Mikó utca tram stop will be relocated, and a new marked pedestrian crossing will be built at Déli pályaudvar stop. Minor corrections are required at affected traffic light intersections. Relocation of short sections of utilities (water pipeline, rainwater drainage, public lighting, traffic control substructure, traffic control lights and poles) is necessary at several stops. Renovation of green areas, felling of some trees, and planting of new trees are also part of the project. Quantities: Track construction: 240 linear meters, paving work: 755 m², curb construction (L30; custom; raised; with curved side wall; recessed and recessed garden combined): 1,059 m, reconstructed platforms: 6 units, construction of new gully: 1 unit, installation of new luminaires: 17 units, installation of new signal devices (2- and 3-lens combined): 24 units, creation of new road markings (manual and machine combined): 123 m², placement of new traffic signs (all types, including supplementary signs): 26 units. Optional task: Reconstruction of Krisztina tér stop, where existing platforms will be demolished and new accessible platforms will be built. Due to the platforms, correction of the road edge is necessary, and the wearing course of the road must be replaced in several sections. Quantities: Paving work: 160 m², curb construction (L30; custom; raised; with curved side wall; recessed and recessed garden combined): 436 m, reconstructed platforms: 2 units, construction of new gully: 2 units, installation of new signal devices (2- and 3-lens combined): 13 units, creation of new road markings (manual and machine combined): 39 m², placement of new traffic signs (all types, including supplementary signs): 13 units.
