Server Hosting Services: Provision of server hosting for 18 months up to a framework amount of 100,128,000 HUF, which will be 100% utilized. Includes the placement of server equipment in a data center with at least TIER III or equivalent certification. Data center requirements include: at least 2 independent IEC320 electrical distribution strips and network connections per rack, floor/raised floor load capacity for a fully loaded standard rack (19", 42U, approx. 1360 kg), fire protection according to regulations for electrical rooms with sensors and automatic gas extinguishing system, a server room temperature of maximum 22 ± 2°C, maximum humidity of 50% (MSZ EN 300 019-1-3:2003 Class 3.1), supply of fresh, filtered, dust-free air, protection against water damage, water and gas pipe-free ceilings, floors, and walls, lighting intensity as in office spaces. Power supply and data communication cabling for rack cabinets via the raised floor with full cross-connect solution, cable management system, individually interruptible (miniature circuit breaker or individual switch) high-voltage power supply per rack and feed, redundant, separately sub-metered 3-phase high-voltage power supply, monthly billing of electricity costs based on actual consumption multiplied by a cooling factor-corrected electricity price (PUE). Uninterruptible power supply (UPS) with generator and uninterruptible power source. Security: 24-hour security service, logged access (NIS2 compliant), camera surveillance (retention up to 30 days), access only for pre-registered persons with photo ID, independent access for client's employees according to security regulations, 7x24 hours physical access, continuous monitoring, valid and tested disaster recovery plan. Telecommunications: DDoS protection (Layer3, Layer4) with at least 100 Gbps capacity, monitoring and reporting function (daily, weekly, monthly, yearly), remote administration/control interface (thin-client based, web access preferred). Optical fiber connection between the provider's data center and the client's headquarters at 1075 Budapest, Rumbach Sebestyén u. 19-21. TIER III or equivalent technical parameters include: 99.982% annual availability (~1.5 hours), geo-redundant network, integrated solutions, guaranteed PUE of 1.5, 99.999% availability of cooling and power systems, N+1 redundancy of capacity components, 2N supply paths, maintainable without downtime. Network connections: two independent optical feeds, duplicated optical receiver within the building, microwave link, additional optical fibers for clients, N x 100 Gbit/sec redundant internet connection, "Spine and Leaf" architecture, physical protection points, vehicle and personnel airlocks. further items as per the tender documents.
