Construction works for the reconstruction and extension of an emergency department

Construction works for the partial reconstruction of an existing emergency department and its new extension: This includes structural modifications to the existing building (Phase II), a new extension (Phase I), completion of the 2nd floor of the new extension (Phase III), construction of roads and paved areas, landscaping, low voltage connection and public lighting adjustments, and the installation of medical technology. The supply of building equipment is not part of the contract. The scope of services includes the complete and flawless execution of all construction works and structures, including the supply of necessary materials, site facilities, safety measures, geodetic surveying, creation of a geometric plan, and handover of as-built documentation.
