Construction Works for the Rehabilitation of Tram Lines Pod Roș – Anastasie Panu

Construction works for the rehabilitation and extension of tram lines Pod Roș – Anastasie Panu in Iași: Rehabilitation of approximately 1,670 m of existing single track, network extension on the Sfântul Lazăr – Anastasie Panu axis, installation of grooved rail in elastic vibration damping slabs, lowering of the red line on Sfântul Lazăr street (average 50-75 cm) for a maximum gradient of 6%. This also includes consolidation and support works of high geotechnical complexity, including the execution of reinforced concrete retaining walls (up to 6.00 m deep) and sheet piling systems. Road, sidewalk, and urban landscaping works comprise the restoration of the street network with MAS 16 asphalt with polymers, the arrangement of sidewalks with interlocking pavers and cobblestones in historically protected areas, and the installation of granite curbs and demarcation of the track with protective bollards. Electrical installations and power supply (contact wire) involve the complete replacement of the contact wire and support systems, the installation of new multifunctional poles (TFM) for contact line support and LED public lighting, and the modernization of the rectifier substation and injection points. Intelligent Transport Systems (ITS) include the implementation of an adaptive traffic light system with tram prioritization at intersections, the installation of CCTV video monitoring systems, e-ticketing, and real-time passenger information panels. The estimated contract value is 94,854,268.26 Lei without VAT, of which 89,023,777.26 Lei for construction and assembly (Object 1: 53,617,693.31 Lei; Object 2: 35,406,083.95 Lei) and 5,717,091.00 Lei for equipment (Object 1: 5,571,591.00 Lei; Object 2: 145,500.00 Lei).
