Conversion of CET II HOLBOCA Power Plant from Coal to Natural Gas with H2-Ready CHP Units: Design and Execution

Design, technical assistance, equipment procurement, and execution of works for the conversion of the CET II HOLBOCA power plant from coal to natural gas by installing new H2-ready combined heat and power (CHP) units: Elaboration of technical documentation for permits and construction permits, execution details, technical assistance during execution and acceptance phases, handover of as-built documentation and the technical construction book. Documentation is based on the Feasibility Study (H.G. nr. 907/2016) and national standards. This includes manufacturing and delivery of technological equipment and machinery, execution of construction and installation works including utility connections (natural gas, electricity, potable water, sewage) and technological connections (electricity, natural gas, treated water, heating water, sewage). Furthermore, performance of technological tests and trials, training of operator's exploitation personnel, commissioning of the investment objective with performance demonstration, and remediation of defects during the warranty period. The contract duration is 26 months, comprising 4 months for design and 22 months for execution of works.
