Construction works for Vt 4 Lahdenväylä between Kehä I and Kehä III and the Ilmasilta Interchange: Implementation via an alliance model, with the development phase estimated to start in January 2027 and the implementation phase estimated to begin during 2027. The scope includes the construction of additional lanes for Vt 4 and Kehä I, improvement of existing interchanges (Kivikon ETL and Tattariharjun ETL), construction of a new Ilmasilta interchange, widening and repair of old bridges, construction of new bridges, approx. 24,000 m² of pile slab, approx. 320 km of pile stabilization, 1.8 km of noise protection, approx. 44,000 m² of groundwater protection, retaining walls, renewal of lighting, equipment and line relocations, georeinforcements, and over-embankments. A design partner will be procured separately at the beginning of the development phase. The estimated total project cost is approx. 100 M€ (MAKU 145, 2020 = 100).
