Consultancy and facilitation services for TURO railway maintenance safety guidelines: Facilitation of the TURO steering committee and subsequent writing and updating of the TURO guideline. The TURO guidelines are key specifications for ensuring railway safety and describing operating procedures. Development is carried out by the Finnish Transport Infrastructure Agency through continuous improvement processes, supported by a steering committee with representatives from important railway network service providers and stakeholders. An external consultant is utilized for facilitating the committee work and supporting guideline development.
