Project management services for the new construction of a theatre and associated renovation works in the existing Espoo Cultural Centre, including construction works in the Kulttuuriaukio area in Tapiola. Roof renovation works for Espoo Cultural Centre

Roof renovation works for Espoo Cultural Centre: Repair of the bituminous membrane roof over an area of approximately 3,500 m², including renewal of roof accessories, building services technology, eaves flashings, and waterproofing; correction of slopes for eaves and HVAC equipment bases. The service is awarded as a total contract, with the contractor acting as main contractor and main implementer according to the Government Decree on Construction Work Safety (2009/205).
