New construction and renovation of the theatre at Espoo Cultural Centre

Project management services for the new construction of a theatre and associated renovation works in the existing Espoo Cultural Centre, including construction works in the Kulttuuriaukio area in Tapiola. The contract comprises a development phase (approximately January–April 2027, duration approx. 3–4 months) for plan review and optimization, and an implementation phase (approximately from April 2027, construction period 30 months) with a provisional handover of the theatre in November 2029. The project includes a flexible theatre hall with approx. 500–700 seats, stage, rehearsal, and production facilities, audience areas (lobbies, catering), logistics and maintenance areas (loading and transport systems), and complex performance and building services systems. The service also includes all necessary management, guidance, coordination, and site tasks, building and building services works, and procurement. Further items as per the tender documents.
