Construction Supervision and Project Assessment for Hisarya Municipality Objects

Construction supervision and assessment of investment projects for objects of Hisarya Municipality: Construction supervision according to Art. 166 para. 1 ZUT and control of compliance with the requirements of Art. 169 para. 1 and 3 and Art. 169b para. 1 ZUT during the execution of high-rise building projects, transport infrastructure, landscaping infrastructure, hydraulic engineering, and environmental protection. This includes construction supervision during execution until acceptance and commissioning, the function of a safety and health coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of 22.03.2004, and the preparation of technical passports for the structures according to Art. 176a ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 28.12.2006. Furthermore, the assessment of investment projects, verification of compliance with current regulations, verification of completeness and coherence between individual project parts, preparation of complex reports according to Art. 142 ZUT, and participation in approval procedures for investment projects. The specific scope, volume, and term of the activities will be determined upon the award of individual contracts under the framework agreement.
