This includes the preparation of urban development plans according to Art. 105 and Art. 110 ZUT and Regulation No. 8/2001, complete digitization of existing regulatory plans, and geodesic surveying of municipal properties, infrastructure, and buildings. Furthermore, it covers architectural surveying, preparation of technical passports including structural and energy assessments for buildings and public spaces, and investment projects for new construction, repair, and reconstruction of structures, buildings, facilities, and public areas.
