Framework agreement for construction and installation works on municipal buildings and their infrastructure in Hisarya municipality. This includes new construction, reconstruction, major renovation, and current repairs of administrative buildings (municipal administration, 12 mayoralty offices), community centers (15), social service facilities (5), educational infrastructure (7 kindergartens, 5 schools), and ritual homes at all cemeteries in the municipality (13 locations). The works comprise earthworks, formwork, reinforcement, concrete, masonry, roofing, roof drainage, carpentry, cladding, plastering, flooring and screeds, glazing, painting, metal windows and glass structures, waterproofing, thermal insulation, joinery (wooden windows/doors), pipelines, heating, ventilation, dry construction, building plumbing, external water and sewage, road and street pavements, sidewalks and landscaping, hydraulic engineering, electrical installations in buildings, and development and demolition of buildings.
