Site Preparation for THW Local Association Building

Planning and supervision of site preparation (service phases 1-9) for creating a ready-to-build plot for the new construction of a THW local association building with garages and ancillary buildings. The plot has a slope of up to 3.5 m. Services include leveling the sloped plot, creating terrain offsets including retaining structures, tree protection measures, all necessary earthworks, ground improvements, and establishing transfer shafts and points for supply and disposal lines (drinking water/sewage/electrical/telephone/ICT). This encompasses structural engineering for ground improvement and terrain offsets, coordination of the handover horizon after demolition works, clarification of site dimensions and location, approval planning, tendering, and construction supervision. Execution of construction services is expected to start from the end of March 2027, with mandatory completion and acceptance by calendar week 44 2027 at the latest, and handover to the general contractor in calendar week 45 2027.
