Client consultancy for renovation measures at Engstrandskolen to improve acoustics and sound levels in three separate wings: Phase 1 includes a needs and clarification process with analysis of existing buildings and technical conditions, identification of acoustic, indoor climate, and structural issues, and clarification of functional needs. The consultant identifies, qualifies, and prioritizes possible options, including improvements in natural light/daylight, acoustics, sound insulation, aesthetics, spatial qualities, and the learning/working environment. Deliverables in Phase 1 are at a disposition and clarification level with individual visualizations. Phase 2 involves the design and tendering of the general contract, based on the scenario selected in Phase 1, and the preparation of tender documents for a general contractor. Phase 3 covers consultancy during the execution of the general contract, including construction meetings, technical supervision, handover, and a 1-year review.
