Construction Consultancy Services for Small and Minor Projects of the Buildings and Estates Office, UCC

Framework Agreement for Construction Consultancy Services: Establishment of a multi-supplier framework for small and minor construction projects at University College Cork, with a maximum of six (6) participating teams. Specific contracts will be awarded on a non-exclusive basis. Services include a single design team appointment comprising Architectural Services (including DAC, Planning, Landscaping Design), Civil/Structural and Fire Engineering Services, Mechanical and Electrical Engineering Services, Project Supervisor Design Process (PSDP), Quantity Surveying Services, and Employer’s Representative. Billing is based on notional hours and rates.
