Construction logistics planning: Creation and construction-accompanying planning with phased commissioning for the renovation and partial modernization of the Giselastraße subway station in Munich. The construction measures, largely taking place during ongoing operation by multiple trades, include safety-related upgrading, renewal and modernization of the technical building equipment, and architectural redesign of the platform. Creation, plausibility check, and updating of a 3D CFD base model for the HO subway station: Execution of fire and smoke gas simulations with and without moving networks or train movements, as well as flow and climate simulations for summer and winter cases. The results must be documented in an auditable manner and prepared to serve as a basis for fire protection concepts, evacuation considerations, specialized planning, and coordination with specialist departments, TAB, and the fire department. Remuneration is based on the lump sums, contingent items, and hourly rates offered in the service specification.
