Modernization, Flow Studies, and Fire and Smoke Gas Simulations for HO Subway Station Creation, plausibility check, and updating of a 3D CFD base model for the HO subway station: Execution of fire and smoke gas simulations with and without moving networks or train movements, as well as flow and climate simulations for summer and winter cases. The impact of planned installations and modifications, such as new intermediate levels, altered access, escalators, elevators, enclosures, smoke curtains, ramps, openings, shafts, and bicycle parking facilities, must be investigated. The simulations serve to evaluate smoke and heat propagation, visibility conditions, optical density, usability of escape routes, flow paths, temperature distribution, air exchange, local heat accumulation, pressure/suction profiles, and flow velocities. Additionally, aerodynamic suction and pressure values are to be provided as input data for static evaluations by structural engineers; static dimensioning and structural stability verifications are not part of the service. The results must be documented in an auditable manner and prepared to serve as a basis for fire protection concepts, evacuation considerations, specialized planning, and coordination with specialist departments, TAB, and the fire department. Remuneration is based on the lump sums, contingent items, and hourly rates offered in the service specification.
