Tree planting for the B 92 road renovation west of Elsterberg: site protection, obtaining shaft permits, traffic safety for planting and for 1 year completion care and 2 years development care, staking out planting locations, creation of an as-built plan. Preparation work includes collecting and disposing of approx. 1,340 m² of stones and waste, mowing approx. 1,340 m² of vegetation area if required, delivery and installation of 4 bird of prey perches. Delivery of 37 high-stem trees H 3xv mDb StU 14 - 16; VkG 3, finished compost, organic water storage granules, fertilizer, mulch, and possibly 10 m³ of replacement soil. Planting of 37 high-stem trees including vole protection, possibly replacing unsuitable soil in planting pits, securing the planting areas on the slope side, sludging the high-stem trees, creating tree anchors (tripod) with tree belts and bite protection (plastic folding sleeve), bark protection with stem protection paint, mulching the planting areas. Care services include 1 year completion care and 2 years development care, including watering, pest control, re-mulching, fertilization, and all ancillary works. Planning services include obtaining traffic law orders, shaft permits, creating an as-built plan after planting work, and site protection. Services begin on 01.10.2026 and end on 15.10.2029. Planting work must be completed by 30.11.2026 at the latest, completion care by 30.09.2027, and development care by 15.10.2029. Alternative bids are not permitted, multiple main bids are permitted. No securities are required. Advance and final payments are made according to VOB/B. Bidding consortia must be jointly and severally liable working groups with an authorized representative. Required proofs include the qualification of the person responsible for safety work at road construction sites according to MVAS, detailed cost calculation, and proof of tree delivery VkG 3 via original delivery notes. further items as per the tender documents.
