Final cleaning for the West Wing of the Bundesrat building

Construction and final cleaning services for the interior of the West Wing of the Bundesrat building: multiple cleaning of approx. 2,900 m² floor areas (OSB panels) and approx. 180 m² staircase (OSB panels) during construction; cleaning of approx. 95 radiator niches; final cleaning of approx. 1,275 m² (tiles, linoleum), approx. 2,260 m² (parquet), staircase with freestanding glass elevator, approx. 140 windows, 21 tubular frame doors, approx. 100 wooden doors with frame, and movable and fixed furniture in approx. 65 office and common rooms; repeat cleaning of floors, windows, doors, and furnishings before handover to the user. Required are three comparable reference projects, a self-declaration of suitability (FB 124_LD), and turnover from the last three fiscal years. Performance period: October 2026 to December 2027.
