Investor supervision for the design and execution of construction works on railway line 179 Tychy – Bieruń Stary: acting as Engineer according to the agreement and construction contract(s); material and financial management, including comprehensive handling of the construction contract regarding settlement, monitoring, and material-financial reporting; technical management, including performing investor supervision duties for construction contracts; management and coordination of all construction contracts concluded within the project; conducting environmental supervision (control of construction process impact on surface and groundwater, noise, air, ground surface, waste management, green infrastructure management) and natural supervision, in accordance with environmental decisions and administrative provisions. The scope also includes a time-limited option right for the basic scope as described in the agreement.
