Reconstruction of Track Systems and Infrastructure for Railway Lines Szczecin Główny – Szczecin Gumieńce and Szczecin Gumieńce – State Border
Reconstruction of track systems and associated infrastructure, including railway traffic control (srk) devices, for railway lines No. 408 (Szczecin Główny – Stobno Szczecińskie, km 3.675 to 7.100, including reconstruction of the freight group), No. 409 (Szczecin Gumieńce – State Border Tantow, km 0.115 to 10.069, including reconstruction of the freight group), No. 433 (Szczecin Główny – Szczecin Gumieńce, km 2.806 to 3.145), and No. 851 (Szczecin Wstowo – Szczecin Gumieńce, km 0.400 to 2.309). The scope includes the construction of a connecting track (track 301) at Szczecin Gumieńce station between lines 408 and 409. The works are divided into two tasks: Task A (construction) includes track works, platforms, catenary, 15kV non-traction power lines, electro-energetics up to 1kV, drainage, sanitary installations/networks/devices, road system, engineering structures, cubature objects, geotechnics, dendrology, reconstruction of ditches and watercourses related to engineering structures, small architecture and landscaping, and environmental protection facilities. Task B (design and build) covers railway traffic control (srk) devices, construction and reconstruction of telecommunication networks and devices, optimization of track geometry for line 433 and modernization of srk devices at Szczecin Wzgórze Hetmańskie station (lines 432 and 433), and an additional turnout crossing between line 408 and line 351 at Szczecin Główny station. An interface option is provided. The service also includes the preparation of as-built documentation, including technical regulations, geodetic as-built documentation (line picketage, longitudinal profile, acceptance protocols for track axis regulation marks, numerical situational-height map), documentation for the railway geodetic basic and special framework, and new schemes for traffic posts and expedition points. The implementation period is 42 months from the contract date, with the basic scope to be completed within 34 months. Options 1 and 2 are to be completed within 15 months each after activation. Permits for the operation of structural subsystems must be delivered for the basic scope within 8 months after final acceptance, and for the options also within 8 months after final acceptance of the respective option. The interface option has a duration of at least 6 months and a maximum of 4 years from activation, with activation possible throughout the entire construction and warranty period, but no later than the end of the warranty for the srk devices.
