Organization of supervision to ensure timely acceptance of works and technical tests; issuing instructions to the contractor; quality control of works and materials; acceptance of concealed works and participation in technical acceptances of hydrotechnical facilities. Control of occupational safety and order; monitoring adherence to deadlines; checking and approving all required documents (certificates, attestations) for acceptance and commissioning. Halting works that endanger safety or violate the contract with immediate written notification; making entries in the construction log; approving materials and equipment; checking the authenticity of documents, certificates, and guarantees. Information on risks and preventive measures; preparation of necessity protocols for additional works after approval; monitoring technical, financial, organizational, and temporal progress. Supervision of material tests; ordering additional material or work tests if quality is doubtful after approval; checking quantity and value statements for financial settlements within 5 days of submission. Provision of information for project reporting; timely acceptance (within 3 days) of concealed works; participation in dispute resolution; further items as per the tender documents.
