Electrical installation: Heavy current systems (KG440) include 1 PV system 20 kWp, 1 house connection cabinet 630A, 2 converter systems, 2 main distributors, 2 sub-distributors, approx. 500 m cable trays, approx. 200 m conduits, approx. 13,000 m cables, approx. 450 installation devices, approx. 350 lighting units, 1 lightning protection, 1 overvoltage protection, and 1 fire protection. Low current systems (KG450) comprise 1 intercom system, 1 fire alarm system, 1 intruder alarm system, 1 video surveillance system, 1 data processing system with passive data cabinet, and approx. 4,000 m data cables. Execution starts 10 working days after receipt of the order letter, with completion by calendar week 39/2027. A security deposit of 5% of the contract sum (incl. VAT, from 250,000.00 Euro net) for contract fulfillment and 3% of the sum of interim payments at the time of acceptance (provisional settlement sum) for defect claims is required; further regulations as per the tender documents. The award criterion is the lowest price. Proof of suitability is provided via pre-qualification or a self-declaration of suitability.
