Tiling work: Closing of 50 m dummy joints and cracks, approx. 218 m² primer on floor areas, approx. 112 m² primer on wall areas, approx. 218 m² composite sealing on floor areas, approx. 112 m² composite sealing on wall areas, approx. 125 m sealing tapes at floor and wall connections, 45 pieces sealing sleeves and 3 pieces connections to floor drains, approx. 218 m² floor tiles (slip resistance R11/B), approx. 175 m tile skirting, approx. 112 m² ceramic wall tiles, approx. 6 m² colored mosaic tiles, 4 pieces glass back mirrors and 4 pieces tiled inspection hatches, approx. 1,400 m elastic silicone joints, 125 m edge, finishing, and expansion joint profiles; creation and handover of complete construction documentation in paper and digital form. Start of execution 10 working days after receipt of the order letter, completion calendar week 42/2026. Alternative bids are only permitted in conjunction with a main bid. The award criterion is the lowest price. Security for contract fulfillment is 5 % of the contract sum (from 250,000.00 Euro net), security for defect claims is 3 % of the installment payments.
