This involves the preparation of documents for PPP project implementation (proposals, adjustments, reviews), project and program management (organizational, managerial, and administrative services, supplier coordination), quality and risk management (independent supervision, audit, project management support), services related to PPP project management and quality control, consulting, analysis, and document preparation in certification and quality management, as well as other specialized PPP consulting services. Services will be provided based on a primary order after the framework agreement takes effect; specific activities can be ordered via separate orders.
