Planning services for construction works Kotkova – Břeňkova

Planning services: Preparation of documentation for demolition works, including engineering activities to obtain demolition permits, a technical study, coordination of documentation for project approval ("DPZ"), and preparation of project documentation for construction execution. This includes obtaining all necessary statements from authorities and institutions during and after finalization. The scope covers the 1st construction phase from Přemyslova Street to Husovo Square. A project for the demolition of existing houses along the eastern side of the street between Přemyslova and Kollárova streets, including securing the demolition permit, is also included. The planning encompasses the design of a traffic connection to divert traffic from Klatovská Street, enhancement of safety and comfort for pedestrians and cyclists, improvement of movement conditions, and revitalization of Kotkova – Korandova streets, including the replacement and addition of missing utility networks and preparation for trolleybus overhead lines.
