Consulting services for conformity assessment of investment projects and construction supervision for eleven lots: assessment of conformity with essential building requirements for all project parts (including structural aspects according to Art. 142 para. 10 ZUT and energy efficiency according to Art. 169 para. 1, item 6 ZUT in conjunction with Art. 142 para. 11 ZUT) and preparation of a comprehensive report; assistance to the contracting authority in the coordination and approval procedure of the investment project; construction supervision during construction until acceptance and commissioning of the building within the legally prescribed scope; performing the functions of a Health and Safety Coordinator according to Ordinance No. 2 of 2004 on minimum requirements for healthy and safe working conditions during construction and assembly works, including the fulfillment of all obligations of the contracting authority according to this ordinance; control over the geodesic surveying of the object by the construction contractor and the documentation for issuing the certificate according to Art. 54a para. 3 ZKIR; preparation of a final report for the building according to Art. 168 para. 6 ZUT and Ordinance No. 2 of July 31, 2003, on the commissioning of buildings in Bulgaria and minimum warranty periods for completed construction and assembly works, facilities, and construction objects, as well as an updated technical passport for the building according to Art. 176a ZUT and Ordinance No. 5 of 2006; management of the commissioning processes of the building; management of defect rectification during the warranty periods of the building; fulfillment of administrative requirements according to applicable regulations and the public procurement contract; further items as per the tender documents.
