Maintenance services for outdoor lighting in Turku city area from 01.10.2026

Maintenance of the outdoor lighting network in the Turku city area: contract period from 01.10.2026 to 01.10.2029 (3 years), with an option for two additional years subject to a six-month mutual notice period; maximum total contract period five years, ending by 30.09.2031. Estimated value approximately 8,000,000 Euro for the entire contract period. The scope includes comprehensive management of the outdoor lighting network, covering operation, care, servicing, and maintenance. This comprises street and road lighting, park and other area lighting, and accent and special lighting for significant city objects. Also included is the mapping of cables and conduits (including coils and splices) and their documentation. Maintenance of outdoor lighting for public buildings is excluded. The contract will be awarded to one service provider and includes whole-price based tasks as well as unit-price based tasks based on separate orders.
