Procurement of a Work Ability Management System

Work ability management system as a SaaS service: System delivery, planning and execution of implementation, realization of necessary integrations, and continuous maintenance and support services. Additionally, the client has the option to procure separately agreed minor developments during the contract period. The supplier is responsible for the controlled implementation of the system and its integration into the client's key background systems, such as HR and identity management systems. Migration of old data can be carried out as expert work at the hourly rate specified in the price appendix, as a separately ordered option; the client decides on the activation of the option at their discretion during the contract period. The system must support the client's work ability management operating models and processes, especially early intervention practices, sick leave management, identification and prevention of work ability risks, and support for return to work. It must provide an up-to-date overall picture of the work ability situation at employee, unit, and organizational levels, form a clear, user-friendly, and intuitive entity of the processes, and offer role-based views and access rights for at least supervisors, HR work ability specialists, management, and system administrators. Supervisors must be able to utilize the system in their daily work, while for management, the system must provide aggregated views, reporting, and analytics to support strategic decision-making. The system must enable versatile reporting for different time periods and organizational levels, and provide visual views such as trends, comparisons, and key figures to support decision-making. The supplier must implement the system in cooperation with the client so that the solution meets the client's functional needs and supports a smooth transition to production use. The system must be a modern, secure, scalable, and easy-to-use solution that supports the client's long-term operational development.
