Participation in the German Climate Change Adaptation Strategy

Participation in the German Climate Change Adaptation Strategy (DAS): Support for the update process of DAS 2028 through informal and formal participation formats for stakeholders and citizens under the established joint brand "Dialog Klimaanpassung". The participation process will generally follow the approach developed and implemented for DAS 2024, but will be streamlined. The project involves conceptual development and implementation of participation formats, documentation of results and recommendations, and continuous public relations to accompany the process. Key services include informal decentralized participation formats for stakeholders on selected thematic clusters/fields, an informal central participation format for stakeholders on DAS thematic clusters with an overarching perspective, formal consultation of federal states, associations, and the public on the 2028 strategy draft, accompanying youth participation, communication and public relations, and project management.
