Aspects of legality, legal protection, simplification for bureaucracy reduction, and effective enforceability, especially in the investigation and verification of facts, are considered. Expert interviews support the technical understanding and practical relevance. Reference areas include supply chain legislation and sustainability criteria for biofuels and bioliquids.
