Operation, Support, and Maintenance of the Veteran Assistant software: This digital solution, available as a web platform and mobile app, is used by approximately 329 users (veterans, soldiers, relatives) for contacting therapists at Forsvarets Veterancenter. The scope of services includes the takeover of the software from existing suppliers (1:1), data migration, documentation, establishment of a new on-premise operating environment at the contractor's site, provision of operating components (secure file transfer, operating systems), project management, and knowledge transfer. Ongoing services include the operation of the application and infrastructure (System) with two environments (pre-prod/prod), optional setup of a development and test environment, application operation (new versions/releases, maintenance, security, bug fixes), database administration, backup, monitoring, and infrastructure operation (monitoring, system backup, configuration and capacity management). Support includes 2nd and 3rd level support during agreed working hours (24/7 for critical incidents) and a Single-Point-of-Contact (SPOC); 1st level support remains with the client. Maintenance includes corrective and preventive measures, bug fixes, security updates, patches, and documentation maintenance. Additionally, on-demand services such as further development, consulting (e.g., development/test environment, security evaluations, training), as well as cross-cutting services (documentation, security, quality assurance, data protection, reporting, testing) and assistance with contract termination (Transition Out) are included. The software contains health data, requiring a high level of security. The number of users is expected to increase.

Internet-based Booking System for Danish Defence Pool Vehicles

Delivery, operation, maintenance, support, and further development of an internet-based booking system for Danish Defence Pool Vehicles: Replacement of the existing system with a modern, reliable, and user-friendly solution for booking, lending, and returning pool vehicles, as well as providing operational and administrative data. The contract includes the application and necessary infrastructure, including hosting on servers in Denmark, as well as the delivery, installation, and operation of electronic car-sharing equipment in the vehicles. The system will be provided as an internet-based solution (SaaS). Integration of existing data (approx. 25,000 users, 2,800 pool vehicles) and potential reuse of already installed electronic car-sharing equipment. The system must support self-service access for users, comprehensive administration and reporting functions for FMI, technical support, and a 24/7 helpdesk. The contract duration is 72 months from signing, with an option for 2 extensions of 24 months each. The startup phase includes a development period of maximum 6 months and an implementation period of maximum 6 months. The solution is expected to handle up to approx. 5,000 pool vehicles, with an option to scale up to 10,000 pool vehicles. Another option concerns the choice of access technology for the pool vehicles, allowing the customer to select an access and locking system provided by the supplier instead of existing access carriers (RFID etc.). further items as per the tender documents

Framework Agreement for No-Radio IP Telephones and VTC Equipment

Supply of No-Radio IP Telephones and VTC Equipment: for establishing, expanding, and maintaining secure and stable communication and video conferencing functions for the Forsvarsministeriets Materiel- og Indkøbsstyrelse (FMI) organization, including for meetings, supplier dialogue, and internal cooperation, without radio functionality. Three parallel framework agreements with identical provisions and obligations will be awarded to three suppliers. Order allocation follows a cascade model for orders under DKK 200,000 and via mini-tender for orders of DKK 200,000 or above. The contract duration is 4 years. The offered equipment must be compatible with the buyer's existing IT environment (see Annex 1, Specification, Section 4). Delivery must occur within 4 weeks after order placement; for mini-tenders, the delivery time must not exceed 4 weeks. All units under the Ministry of Defence, including all divisions of the Danish Armed Forces, are entitled to use the framework agreement.
