Operation of Gigabit Networks in Dettingen an der Erms, Bad Urach, Hülben, St. Johann, Sonnenbühl

Leasing of a passive fiber optic network to a service provider for network operation and provision of telecommunication services to private and commercial end-customers. The service provider equips the network with active technology (including any necessary ONT at the customer's premises), operates it in compliance with the provided SLA, provides telecommunication services (§ 3 No. 61 TKG) such as internet access services, interpersonal (voice) telecommunication services, and signal transmission services, supports private and commercial end-customers, offers active and passive wholesale products (considering the 'Information on wholesale prices for federally funded broadband networks' as of 31.03.2026), undertakes maintenance, upkeep, repair, troubleshooting, and service, and documents all extensions and changes to the leased object. Furthermore, open access with other network operators must be ensured, and route and line information provided to authorized requesters. The tender exclusively covers address points whose development is funded by the DGF program 'Funding for the support of the gigabit expansion of telecommunication networks in the Federal Republic of Germany' (Gigabit Guideline 2.0, amended version of 13.01.2025). The project is funded by the Gigabit Guideline 2.0 (grant notice E-Az.: 832.6/10-25 11BW20199) and the VwV Gigabitmitfinanzierung (grant notice E-Az.: 4-8433.6/182). All requirements of the underlying grant notices and funding programs must be observed.
