Catering services at Dornstadt site: Provision of food and beverages for approximately 1,300 persons, complementing the existing military catering. Comparable past turnover averaged approximately EUR 320,000.00 p.a. (experience value without guarantee). Breakfast is to be offered Monday to Thursday from 07:00 to 10:00 and Friday from 07:00 to 11:00 as "To-Go" and on-site, including at least various sandwiches, pastries, warm dishes, egg dishes, and hot and cold beverages. Lunch is to be offered Monday to Thursday from 11:00 to 13:00 as "To-Go" and on-site, featuring two different main courses (one vegetarian or vegan) and snack dishes. Dinner is to be offered Monday to Thursday from 16:30 to 21:30, with the kitchen open until 20:00, consisting of two different starters, main courses, and desserts, supplemented by snack dishes, including vegan and vegetarian options. The menu considers sustainability aspects and Annex A1-840-4001 "Food Hygiene", with convenience-based dishes being permissible. The serving and sale of alcoholic beverages may be fully or partially prohibited.
