Managed Catering (Casino Model) at Hamburg Site

Provision of food and beverages for all persons at the Hamburg site, supplementary to the Bundeswehr's communal catering: Breakfast Monday to Friday as a "To-Go" offer and with a breakfast menu for on-site consumption; Lunch Monday to Thursday with two different main courses (one vegetarian or vegan dish) and snack dishes, also as a "To-Go" offer; Dinner on Wednesdays until 21:00 with two different starters, main courses, and desserts (including vegan and vegetarian options) and snack dishes. The menu changes regularly. Additionally, catering services for conferences on the premises and, upon request, for official or private events. The food offering considers sustainability aspects and Annex A1-840-4001 "Food Hygiene"; convenience-based dishes are permitted. The serving and sale of alcoholic beverages may be partially or fully prohibited.
