Raised and cavity floor works for an extension building of the BMUKN in Berlin-Mitte, consisting of two 7-story building sections A and B, connected by a multi-story bridge: approximately 250 m² cavity floor made of fiber-reinforced calcium sulfate panels with control room construction of galvanized steel frame and height-adjustable galvanized steel supports; approximately 90 m² cavity floor made of fiber-reinforced calcium sulfate panels with height-adjustable galvanized steel supports; approximately 1,150 m² raised floor made of fiber-reinforced calcium sulfate panels with linoleum covering and control room construction; approximately 1,100 m² cavity floor made of fiber-reinforced calcium sulfate panels with linoleum covering and height-adjustable galvanized steel supports; approximately 280 m² raised floor made of fiber-reinforced calcium sulfate panels with rubber covering and control room construction; approximately 20 m² raised floor made of steel ventilation panels with stepless air volume regulation via throttle plates and control room construction; approximately 285 m cabinet mounting frames for control room floors made of C-profiles of galvanized steel. Services also include subfloor cleaning, wall connection tape, approximately 151 m groove milling for underfloor heating including filling with filling compound, 4 pcs. revision openings in the cavity floor, fitting plates, cut-outs, drillings, and bridging beams for omitted supports. Protective measures include approximately 1,250 m² temporary covering of the raised floor with chipboards and approximately 3,000 m² protective covering of the cavity/raised floor with beverage carton. Execution begins no later than 12 working days after receipt of the order letter, site commencement on 2027-02-15, completion on 2029-02-09. A BNB certification in Gold for the building and in Silver for the outdoor facilities is sought; the contractor must contribute to successful certification, observe requirements regarding low waste, low noise, low dust, and the Federal Soil Protection and Contaminated Sites Ordinance. Requirements according to Annex 01 “Material Requirements” at quality level 5 apply. All materials, products, ancillary and auxiliary products, and building elements must be declared regarding their ingredients and properties; Annex 02 “Declaration Tables” must be completed digitally (Excel format) and associated technical data sheets and safety data sheets according to 1907/2006/EC must be submitted digitally.
