Spree, Steinigtwolmsdorf, and Wilthen, covering 6,184 addresses. The goal is the comprehensive establishment of Gigabit networks in "grey areas" with at least 1 Gigabit/s symmetric bandwidth. The procedure is a two-stage negotiation process with a preceding Europe-wide call for competition. Minimum requirements for bidders: minimum turnover of at least 4 million € from comparable services in the last four business years and reference projects with at least 4,000 connected subscribers. The objective is the comprehensive development of Gigabit networks in "grey areas" with at least 1 Gigabit/s symmetric bandwidth. The procedure is a two-stage negotiated procedure with a preceding Europe-wide call for competition. Minimum requirements for bidders include a turnover of at least 4 million € from comparable services in the last four business years, and reference projects with at least 4,000 subscribers.
