Postal services: Collection, franking, nationwide and international transport and delivery of mail items up to 2,000 grams individual weight. Daily collection (Monday to Friday) at three locations: Ostalbkreis District Office (Stuttgarter Straße 41, Aalen; Haußmannstraße 29, Schwäbisch Gmünd) and Jobcenter Aalen (Hopfenstraße 65, Aalen, likely until 31.05.2027). Collection times: Monday to Thursday 15:00-16:00, Friday 11:00-12:00. No collection/delivery on public holidays. Standard mail delivery: at least 95% of items on the third working day (E+3), a total of 99% on the fourth working day (E+4). Compliance with delivery times must be monitored and proven upon request. Delivery on working days including Saturdays, unless it is a public holiday.
