Mail must be separated by format and lot-clean for pickup; registered mail and official delivery service items are handed over separately and marked. The contractor provides own transport containers and operating materials free of charge, which must protect mail from moisture and dirt. All mail receives a visible mark with pickup date and service provider name, maximum two marks in total, without advertising. Employees must be reliable, trained, have good local knowledge, and adhere to data protection and mail secrecy; service ID must be carried. Complaints must be answered within two working days and resolved within two weeks; a dedicated contact person must be available on working days from 08:00 to 17:00.
