Service for the C2 SmartLight Outdoor Lighting Control and Monitoring System (SaaS): Information system service and related support, maintenance, and monitoring services for the contract period. The cloud-based control system enables centralized internet-based control and monitoring of the city's street lighting network, managing lighting control, monitoring system status, and detecting and handling fault situations. The service includes continuous (24/7) operation and maintenance of the information system, monitoring of the system and control units, handling of alarms, remote diagnostics of fault situations, directing faults to maintenance, software maintenance, version updates, ensuring data security, and reporting capabilities (e.g., fault, energy, and usage reports). The procurement targets an existing system, including city-owned C2 SmartLight central control devices installed in lighting centers and connected to the system.
