Electrical design for the renovation and replacement new construction of Ilola School in Vantaa, Epinkoskentie 5. The existing building (built 1987, extended 1993) has 1 floor and 2 small lofts. Design starts in autumn 2026, construction begins early 2029, and completion is in summer 2030. The scope includes a renovated building of approx. 1,714 brm2, 1,516 htm2, 1,305 hym2 and a replacement new construction of approx. 2,180 brm2, 1,585 htm2, 1,440 hym2, totaling approx. 3,894 brm2, 3,101 htm2, 2,745 hym2. The plot area is 27,804 m², of which approx. 9,770 m² is part of the project.
